more than 5 records per page for mobile applications

Hi, is there a way to show more than 5 records per page in a summary view when oppened in a mobile device? I saw a post about this with a negative answer but that was a few years ago. Perhaps something can be done now? Mobile usage is key these days.

another question, the "next" page button shows in the header of the view. Is it possible for it to show also at the bottom?
