Every business has a unique sales process. If you are selling different products or targeting different types of markets, multiple pipelines can help you capture each deal's journey.
With Multiple Sales Pipelines, you can accurately track multiple sales workflows for all of your products and markets. This feature helps us in defining the sales process for every deal.
Let's say, you sell different products and you would like to set unique stages for each product, you can use the multiple pipeline feature to achieve it.
Now, with a single pipeline, you will have to combine all the processes or product stages into one. With multiple sales pipeline feature, you can set unique stages for each process or product. This can be set in the 'Deals' module.
To configure Multiple sales pipeline:
1. Go to the desktop site (crm.zoho.com).
2. Setup (at the top right corner).
3. Select 'Pipelines', under 'Customization'.
4. Add new pipelines by clicking the 'New Pipeline' button.

Once the pipeline is added on the desktop site (crm.zoho.com), please force close the app from the background on the mobile device and re-launch the app again, for the respective pipeline to get synced with the mobile app.
Now, you can choose the deal stages based on the product by selecting the specific pipeline in the 'Pipeline' field.
1. Go to Zoho CRM mobile app.
2. Go to the Deals module.
3. Add/ Edit a deal record.
4. Click on the 'Pipeline' field.
5. Choose the pipeline for the deal.
6. Based on the Pipeline chosen, the deal stages will be displayed accordingly.
