My app is non-responsive to edits

I'm trying to edit one of my forms, and I can't add or delete some of the field types. When I try to add a field it hangs at "Please wait" and doesn't do anything. If I try to delete a field, it vanishes, but if I reload the form it is still there. This is the case with several of the field types.

I also cannot add views for the form, or change the columns that are viewable in any of the views connected to the form.

It seems that something is "stuck" with that particular form in my app. I've already submitted a support request. I'm wondering if there is anything else I can do. I've tried two different browsers, and cleared my cache too, and the same thing occurs.
