We promptly identified and fixed the security breach that allowed this to happen. Following that, we sent an email to your support team detailing both the cause of the issue and the corrective measures we implemented to prevent such incidents in the future.
However, we have not received any response since Saturday, and our email-sending capability remains blocked.
