I like the module on the right which shows me overdue milestones. I have two suggestions for improving the functionality of that sidebar:
- I think it would be even better to be able to collapse the "Overdue Milestones" module. When you are involved in many projects, you may not need to see overdue milestones that are actually someone else's responsibility in the project. It is helpful to see them when you need to but overwhelming to see them all the time.
- I also think it would be great to have a second module called "My Overdue Milestones." This would be another collapsable module that would show just those milestones assigned to me that are overdue. This particular list would help me to better prioritize my time.
And I have a suggestion for organizing / sorting lists
- I think it is imperative that projects and milestone lists could be sorted in the following ways: alphabetical, by start date, by end date, and by number of incomplete tasks.
Zoho is a wonderful organizational tool so far and with a few enhancements, I think it could really be my go-to for total time management at work.
