My Tasks scroll bug

On the "My Tasks" page with the Classic View, all of the different task lists start out expanded which I like. My issue is when I attempt to scroll down, it appears some Javascript is not allowing that and it instantly scrolls back up. My work around is to collapse the task lists on the top or move to a different view.
