This is my wish for ZOHO Creator in 2012: For domain level accounts, offer application-level sharing for a limited number of concurrent users.
For example, a 5 concurrent user plan would allow one admin and four active users to simultaneously access applications. If another user attempts to sign-in, he would be denied until one of the other four users signs-out, or until the admin deletes a user from the account-level share, or until another user logs 15 minutes of inactivity (no page refreshes or form submissions) is reached.
Since Creator would now be tracking user activity for the 15 minuet time-out, this also offers an opportunity for the admin to see who is active online and what page/view/form they last used. Accordingly, a basic user-activity log would be possible: something that could be an add-on.
I have suggested that this new sharing model be for domain-level accounts because this type of sharing is more suited to a corporate environment. Additionally, domain-level accounts require verification by ZOHO. Beyond that point, this really is a minor change to what we already have: the only thing that's new is for Creator to remove users from the account-level share list if they sign-out or reach 15 minuets of inactivity.
