Just getting going with Zoho projects and here are some ideas for enhancements:
- allow hour estimates by tasks so that you can see total time by milestone, person, task, etc. This would be amazingly useful.
- Allow list view for milestones, very helpful at start of a project.
- Allow copy of a project (we have similar projects for different clients, nice to copy and then update deadlines, etc.)
- Better user permissions
- Allow dependencies across milestones
