1. Before discovering milestone related tasks, I built out all tasks.
2. If I enter milestones after creating tasks (under one tasklist), can I associate those tasks to a milestone?
3. Must you associate a separate task list to each milestone?
4. If you are going to use milestones, do you have to start there (create milestones first) to get tasks to associate to them?
   
5. If you have to start with milestones to get tasks to associate to them, you should make documentation clearer; I can't find anything on this subject.
