We're using Zoho Projects internally and more and more involving clients in access to the portal - but it looks like the client can always see Work Planned and Actual Time Log.  This presents a problem, since we rarely bill hourly on projects and would like to track time only for internal use.

Please advise if there is a setting I am missing, we need to be tracking our time more closely, but cannot share this on most of our projects if a client is involved.
