Need some advice on forms layout

Need some advice on forms layout

I am new here to ZoHo and I already have my database/form setup but the problem is I have a ton a fields on the form and I am trying to figure out how I can make sections collapse/expand -  I haven't been able to find it, not sure if it exists.  If not is there a way I can have the user added additional fields as needed for add more content?  I have it split up in two columns but that's not enough.

Can anyone provide documentation on how to work with this?
