I am trying to use Zoho for the first time to manage contacts in my university's christian club. Zoho seems great, but there is something I thought should be very easy to do but I couldn't figure out how:
1) I have a table for Current students, and I have a table for Graduate students, they have some different fields (for example, the Current students have a student number assigned to them but the Graduates do not).
At the end of an academic year, some students graduates and I have to move some from "Current" table to "Graduates" table. What I want to do is to be able to "cut and paste" (move) an entry without having to re-enter all the data.
But right now I still have not figured out how to do it ><. Can anyone help me?
2) I have a database with everyone's email there. Is there any easy way to compose an email to the whole group? I have been playing with the scripts thing and what it does is it sends a fixed email. I don't want that. I may have to change the content of the email?
Or maybe some ways that just copies all those emails into a clipboard so i can paste the emails in a message?
