Hi, I am a php developper and very very new to zoho creator. As i am very new to zoho creator i really need your help.

i have 2 questions. we have 250 employees working in shift base. three shifts. first shift from 5 am to 1 pm. second shift from 2 pm to 9 pm. third shift from 9 pm to 5 am. we will provide zoho creator installed android device to our employees. so that when they start work they have to connect with thier "id & pwd". when then finish they must "logout". so that we can allot the same device to the other employee. they do not have email id. So i have to provide a id & pwd to connect on zoho creator app. i have to create a datatable with id, fname, lname, login_id, pwd, role,region. 

My first question id how to create a login from or equivalent to login form and logout procedure?

i have 3 forms. First one belongs to manager, second one belongs to superviser and third one belongs to staff. Manager can be able to view all the forms and superviser can be able to view only his form and staff's form and staffs can be able to view only thier form.

My second question is how to give a privilage to the forms? I really have no idea to do all these things and need your help.
