New User Sign Up Confusion...
First of all the sign up system is very cumbersome, making a user sign up with Zoho to access My projects. Any plans on changing that like you did for Zoho Support? Because of that, we do not use the "Client Access" feature.
Aside from being cumbersome, there's confusing prompts in the process.
1. The welcome email that goes out gives an Email Address and Password
2. The welcome page you are directed to asks for a Username and Password. Never does it say that the username is the email.
3. After confirmation, again, you're asked for Username (not indicating email)
4. You sign in and it asks you to create a Username (even though you just signed in with the email in the username field)
I know this sounds basic for internet savvy users, but its a simple fix that would save confusion for those that are not.
