I've already submitted this request to ZOHO once this morning, but for some reason your system logged me out, wouldn't accept my username/password login, and isn't showing any evidence that I've submitted this issue. So here we go again...

I am under the impression that your newsletter templates are supposed to be mobile optimised: https://www.zoho.com/campaigns/blog/responsive-email-marketing.html

This is clearly not the case, as the last 2 newsletters I've created in Campaigns look perfect on desktop, but on mobile show wildly different fonts and sizes. (See attached images for comparison).

I take great pains to copy outside text into notepad to remove any formatting, and then reformat to the correct size and font style once the text is in, to avoid these sorts of issues.

I have never had this issue with any other CRM - please advise.
