I thought I was blind, after looking for several minutes there appears to be no way to see the highest level of the entire project - the milestones.  You can only see your personal milestones, but as the project manager I need to see all the milestones not just the tasks.

Also, shouldn't you be able to create task dependencies before you create dates or when you create the dependency the date should automatically shift.
