set up a creator account through google apps, would like to have access to gapp user field in creator but its not there.  have added/removed gapps, deleted/recreated app, closed/opened new zoho account.

followed same steps with different domain, it worked fine.  

please tell me what needs to be done to gain access to the google advanced field
