"No Records Found" page in HTML view?

"No Records Found" page in HTML view?

Hello,
I have an HTML view in Creator that displays records based on a search parameter (State and Country).  How do I display a message on that page when there are no results found?  I need to give users information for what they can do when they don't find any listings for their area in our organization.

I've looked around and cannot find an answer to this.  I need the code for "if search results=none then display this HTML".
