Non-existent function stops me from deleting fields

I have a function in my 'shortcuts' workspace called getIssueNumbers().  Somewhere along the line Zoho has managed to create a ghost version of this, tagged with what looks like a record ID number, which I can neither find nor get rid of.

Anybody have any ideas how to delete it?
