NooB Form / SubForm Relationship Question

Hey all, 

Forgive the beginner nature of my question. I'm just getting started and don't have any real background in programming to speak of. I've been scouring around to try and figure this out, but am spinning my wheels here. I suspect what I'm trying to do is pretty simply, just need some guidance...

Screenshot attached for reference. I work in the home technology installation business. We design and install custom technology solutions in high-end custom residential homes. What I want to do is build an app to used for initial project intake. 

I have created a total of 5 forms. The form I'm calling "Scope of Work - Body" will eventually contain information about the job (address, details, etc.) Currently it simply contains "Client First Name" and "Client Last Name". 

The other 4 forms are being used as sub forms that I want to use to create the actual project scope information. Since the size of each home, and services desired, using subforms is a must so that I can dynamically add records in the respective sub-forms based on the specific needs of the project. 

My problem is on the reporting side. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to relate the records created in my sub-table to the specific client identified in the "Scope of Work - Body" form. 

I think my ultimate goal is pretty obvious. A summary report containing all the project scope information for a specific given client. Right now everything is being generated as separate reports (see additional screenshots)

Hopefully I've done an OK job of explaining myself. If anyone can help get me started it would be greatly appreciated!
