Not able to fully access the Zoho CRM.

Hello Zoho Community,

I have a problem, My administration gives me full access to ZOHO CRM at his end but it showing me the sample data. He trying to give me access to edit and change the workflow but he failed. Can anyone help me to get out of it? I attached the screenshot please check this out.
