NOT ABLE TO REGISTER OR UPGRADE MY PLAN

I HAVE TRIED TO REGISTER FOR THE FREE PLAN WITHOUT SUCESS PLUS WHEN TRYING TO UPGRAGE TO A BUSINESS PLAN IT TAKES ALL OF MY CREDIT CARD INFO BUT STILL DOEN'T COMPLETE THE PROCESS. I AM CONCERNED THAT THE PROJECT I HAVE BEGUN ON THE PERSONAL PLAN WILL BE LOST. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP!
