"Notes for this Lead" Section not working.

"Notes for this Lead" Section not working.

I am using the CRM, and when I go to the Notes for this Lead section, I can't save any additional notes.  It was working yesterday.  I can write whatever I want, but when I hit save, my new notes disappear. Please help!
