I have a question.

In a form I have a choice box. You can chose:

1. Yes

2. No

When "Yes" is selected I would like to send a notification by e-mail with user submitted data included in PDF.

If I make a on update function "send mail" I can't attach user submitted date included in PDF. 

When I go to the form settings notifications I can.

Can I us the notification in form settings for this function? If yes, how can I?
