Notification Mail for Forum Post

I have a request for Forum post.

There are portal URL in the last of the mail, but even I click the URL, I cannot reach that Forum post directly.
(It will access only top of projects page.)
In this operation, I have to check my project name and post titile after clicking the URL.

My request is;
1) When I click the URL, jump to the "Forum" directly.
2) if (1) is difficult, jump to "Top of the Project page" which the forum is posted.

That would be reduce users time to access to the Forum post.

Currently Notification mail form is below.
