I want to send out a noice anytime I update is made to a task to the person that is assigned to the task. 

For example, I have the task of "Prepare document for John Doe" and assign it to Harry Henderson.

When I update any of the fields to that task or add a note to the task, I want the assignee (Harry Henderson) to be sent a Glip message that the task has been updated.
