I have run into a problem.

 

I need to collect data various data on a form.

 

I have to collect sampling data on 13 items subdivided into 6 categories having aproximately 7 to 10 questions each.

 

For Example:

 

      1.  We require our inspectors to inspect boxes.

      2.  For the number of boxes recieved, a certain amount need to be inspected.

      3.  Each box will have 7 to 10 questions that must be anwsered as to the condition of the product recieved.

 

Once the data has been collected, various equations are run to determine if an alert must be submitted.

 

Obviously, if Zoho Creator can let me have multiple fields that would take care of the issue.  However, it appears that I have to find a different means to accomplish my task.

 

From what I can tell, the Zoho Creator can only handle about 30 fields.  I have thought about creating one form that would be rerun over and over again and that would take care fo the max field issue.  If I go this route, is there a way to pull the various sampling data collected in order to create a consolidated report?  The key to the report is that I need the form to send out an alert as required.

 

      For example, if the product samples have a defect on 50% of the product, an alert must be sent to various people.
