2.) I need a way to link our wordpress/woocommerce website to zoho so that it fits our process a bit better. Our salesmen and team do not deal with credit cards, and the only way we will know a sale was made is when it occurs on our website. The goal is to get a dependable way of tracking commissions and have that displayed on the salesman's homepage so that we will know how to pay them. We already have our products setup on the products page in zoho with the same Sku numbers as the website.
When a sale is made, I want that specific lead to be converted into a contact with the products applied, and have the commissions in a trackable chart format.
3.) Since we don't have active, or variable-style Deals, I want some sort of pipeline or chart that works off the statuses of the lead, rather than deals, and shows on the homepage. This will be used by the salesman to track their progress, well as for us to monitor their activities. Our product is very much a "Do you want it or not" kind of thing, it starts out free, and has upsells available for the customer. Once on the website, the customer has the free will to buy whatever products deems fit to their business.
Our basic blueprint flow works like baskets, and it is based on the statuses. The below is how the information should be charted according to the statuses of leads for each category name. Admin should see all users, salesman should only see their own data.

*And I want a line that shows the commissions earned for the month for each salesman, so we can use that to keep track of things, as well as an all salesman for the admin view.
Keep in mind customers will be converting on our external website, which will require the correct products to be linked to zoho. I can insert codes at certain points if necessary.
