open a record from a form

open a record from a form

hi,
as you can see in this screeen,

in my form "nuovo compito" (that means new task) i have a "candidato" lookup field.
this field take value from another form (applicants).
may i find a way to open, maybe using the url field, the relative record of "applicants"?
obviously setting the url after input of "candidato" field
