openURL delug task doesn't work

openURL delug task doesn't work

when embeding a view for Blogposting with Google,I noticed this issue, openURL doesn't have any effect for options
"new window","same window","iframe"...
only popup window works,even that sits with-in Parent Element ,where User has to scroll left and top to see results.
How to solve this issue
