We would like to request a small but useful enhancement to the Zoho One Directory.

🎯 Current Limitation
At present, the system allows cropping an agent image only during the initial upload of an agent's photo. However, if we want to crop an existing image (one that was already uploaded), we currently need to download the image, re-upload it, and then crop it—just to make a small adjustment.

💡 Feature Request
Please add an option to crop an existing agent image directly within Zoho One Directory, without requiring a re-upload. This would greatly improve the workflow when we want to update the framing of an image without changing the photo itself.

We believe this feature would enhance user experience and save time for admins managing profiles.
