organize issues by product

We are a software company with several products (4 to 6): what is the way you suggest to manage bugs in our case.
Apparently we can't view a list or a Kanban of issues accross different projects. And Also I've been told that you don't have modules anymore (it was a possible solution to organize our bugs according to products).

what is the alternative for us. because as a manager I can't possibly do my job if the issues are only visible within their respective projects, I can't assign them if I don't see the full picture.
