Hi All, I am writing to report a deliverability issue affecting outgoing emails from my Zoho Mail account.
Recently, several messages sent from my domain (example.com) to external recipients have been rejected with the following error message (redacted for privacy):
From this error, it appears that the Zoho Mail server IP 136.143.188.12 is currently listed on the SpamCop blocklist, causing some recipient mail servers to reject legitimate emails sent from my account.
Could you please:
1) Confirm the current status of IP 136.143.188.12 with respect to SpamCop and other major RBLs.
2) Initiate or confirm the delisting process for this IP.
This issue is affecting business‑critical communication, so I would appreciate any priority you can give to this case and an estimated timeline for resolution.
