We have been users for just over a year now and have been able to get Zoho to really work for our business and help track leads and deals. We also use it very closely with Outlook. Some of the features we use very often are attaching emails to specific deals, and syncing meetings from Zoho down to users’ Outlook calendars. With Zoho dropping the Outlook plug-in on March 31^st we will lose that functionality. We are extremely upset that some of the main ways in which we use this CRM database is being taken away. We will need to come up with more time consuming and repetitive work-arounds just to keep Zoho working for us. Very disappointed in this decision.
