Hi ZOHO,
We would like to generate an overview with our data in ZOHO Projects concerning:
Projects per user
including hours per project
including projects without any logged hours.
And this in one overview for all our users.
This makes it popssible for us to see (per user/consultant) where he or she is busy with. And whether there are some projects that need some more attention. So our directors can use this overview in there weekly meeting.
The only possibilities I found that looks a bit like what I mean are
- export from logged hour per user. But with 20 users we need to this 20 times to have 1 complete overview. Next to that, some consultants have 20 projects. And 20 tabs to look through per user is not user friendly. Our directors do not like this. It has to be lean and mean (simple).
- Generate a graph in ZOHO Reports of projects per user. But though the excel export contains tabs with projects without any logged hours, the table/ database only uses logged hours to generate this overview. So it does not give us any insight in active projects with no logged hours yet.
Is there any other way to get the data we would like to extract from ZOHO Reports?
We use ZOHO Reports for timemanagement especially. And up till now, we haven't been able to generate any overview we want / need in an easy way.
