Painéis do Zoho CRM ajudam na Gestão Comercial?

A gestão do departamento comercial é uma questão fundamental para qualquer empresa. Uma boa gestão proporciona previsibilidade, alinhamento e melhores resultados.

Acredito que todos que adquirem uma plataforma de CRM buscam uma gestão ágil e eficiente — e com o Zoho CRM não seria diferente.

O Zoho CRM conta com um módulo dedicado à criação de painéis, que facilita significativamente essa tarefa. Afinal, como disse um renomado consultor:
“O que não pode ser medido, não pode ser gerenciado.” — William Edwards Deming

O objetivo deste texto é apresentar um painel chamado "Gestão do Departamento de Vendas". Não pretendo apresentar a solução definitiva ou o ápice da tecnologia em gestão, mas sim compartilhar algo que tem me ajudado muito e me proporcionado uma visão mais clara para cuidar de um dos setores mais estratégicos da minha empresa.

Como começar?

Para construir um bom painel, é essencial começar com indicadores simples. Aqui vão algumas sugestões:


1) Total de Vendas no Mês

  • Um indicador simples e direto, ainda mais útil quando acompanhado de um comparativo com o mês anterior.
    Exemplo:
    R$ 85.351,48 (↓56% em relação ao mês passado, que foi R$ 193.894,27)


2) Quantidade de Leads Criados

  • Pode ser segmentado por produto ou serviço.

  • Ideal para avaliar se a demanda está chegando.

  • Visualização mensal, com comparativos do mês anterior.


3) Meta do Mês ou do Trimestre (Quarter)

  • Ajuda a monitorar o progresso em relação aos objetivos estabelecidos.


4) Leads Qualificados

  • Mostra quantos leads passaram pelas etapas de qualificação.

  • Importante refletir as etapas reais do seu processo de vendas.


5) Atividades Atrasadas

  • Um dos indicadores mais relevantes.

  • Atividades são a essência da venda: cada ação planejada aumenta consideravelmente a chance de fechamento.


6) Reuniões Realizadas

  • Um dado valioso para medir o engajamento e produtividade da equipe comercial.


7) Oportunidades Criadas

  • Mostrar o volume e valor das oportunidades ajuda a entender o pipeline e prever vendas futuras.


8) Geração de Negócios por Vendedor

  • Oferece uma visão individual da equipe.

  • Permite identificar anomalias e acompanhar de forma mais precisa o desempenho de cada membro.


9) Monitor de Desempenho do Trimestre

  • Proporciona uma leitura clara sobre o crescimento ou necessidade de ações corretivas mais intensas.


10) Possíveis Fechamentos da Semana

  • Foco é essencial.

  • Priorizar oportunidades quentes aumenta a efetividade da equipe.
