Last year I asked Zoho about the ability to direct my users to a password reset facility that was not branded as Zoho.
We have removed (and paid for) rebranding, and have hosted the app in our web site, however, if a user cannot remember their password, they are directed to Zoho.
As I will be paying for all of my licence holders, I do not want the to be exposed to Zoho as it is confusing for many of my clients.
All we need is a simple blank screen, where a user can just be asked for an email address, then on entering, the relevant details are sent over.
This is the only thing that is stopping me going fully live, and it was noted that this would be available back end of 2009 / start 2010.
Please can you advise??
