A few years ago, there was a problem where Paypal payment notices were not getting back to forms in the Portal. So if the form connected Paypal and the user made a payment, the On Add/On Success event of the form did not know that the payment had been made and never completed the transaction.
Does anyone know if that has been fixed? Can I put a form that uses Paypal in the Portal and have it receive Paypal notices reliably?
