Performance issues possibly related to GApps integration
I am wondering if any users of large applications are seeing performance issues in Creator, possibly related to integration with Google Apps for Business. We have a large application (almost 2.5mb of code), and our sharing is based on groups created in Google Apps. We also import Gmail addresses and usernames into several forms. The application's owner/admin virtually never sees performance issues, and for him the application works quickly and flawlessly. But normal users constantly contend with what we call "duds." Duds are forms and views that do not load fully, and must be reloaded, sometimes several times, before they work as intended. Typically, a form will appear to load, but after all data is entered and Submit is clicked, nothing happens. Views do not load at all, and instead users get a message that they do not have access to the view. We brought these issues to the attention of Zoho Support several months ago, demonstrating the disparity in performance on a join.me session, and they initially told us they thought the problem had to do with Zoho repeatedly authenticating with Google on page loads. We do not yet have a resolution. Anybody experience anything like this?
