How can I allow users to edit completion percentages of tasks and limit them from being able to edit anything else?

The only option I see is to give users permission to edit tasks in general that they own or are assigned to.

I don't want them to be able to edit everything about the tasks. The only thing I want them to be able to edit and update is completion percentage. This way they won't mess up budgeted hours, change dates or delete things on accident.

Is this possible?
