I'm an admin for my company's zoho sign account.  We have four users at the moment, including me. We have different users working on different timezones and all need to be able to access the same set of documents. However documents created by me are not visible to other users and vice versa. 

I did not find any Admin setting which allows a document to be visible to all users. This is very important for us as we need one set of documents which all users need to be able to access. Is there a way to do this?
