When I use the old version of Zoho, I can click on the phone number in the lead field and connect to Ringcentral, which is my VOIP provider. If I'm not connected, a pop-up will will appear where I can log into. In the new version of Zoho CRM, a pop-up appears and tells me to connect to Ringcentral, but doesn't allow me to log in. I guess I'm going to continue to use the old version.
