I don't even know if what i am asking is possible?! 

The app we are using records quotes our sales guys produce and sends a copy off to the customer in an email. I would like there be a link in that email that directs to a different form so the customer can accept the quote (and provide some details) But I really want the redirected form to be pre filled with some of the details from the email ( Quote reference number name etc) 

Firstly is that even possible and secondly how could it be done?
