Picklist from same form?

Hello,

I have a contact form where each contact has a recruiter,
and each contact can be a recruiter.

I want to have a field 'Recruiter' in the contact form,
which tracks the recruiter of each contact.

I would like the recruiter field to be a pick list of all the contacts.
Thus the picklist 'Recruiter' on form 'Contact' refers to the 'Name' field also on form 'Contact'

Is this possible?
If not, can you see a workaround?
