I've been trying to work out this problem by myself for a while but can't seem to solve it. When I create a basic List report, I can see that the total record count is 2213 (which is correct). Although when I try to visualise this same data as a Pivot Table / Chart, the total record count is only 2000.
For some reason the Pivot Table / Chart is not showing records for the last 2 months or so, as I don't have any filters to restrict the data that's being displayed.
I've also opened a support ticket (#7549161) to try and solve this problem.
Any support on this would be greatly appreciated.
