I'm wanting to check out the PRECREATOR dev server, but have a quick question or two before doing so.

1.  At this link ( https://accounts.zoho.com/ui/unauth/authorize.jsp) there is a disclaimer that on the surface seems concerning, see the red arrow below.... 

Question:  What should I understand about this statement?  Is PRECREATOR not under the responsibility of Zoho?  Why is Zoho distancing itself from PRECREATOR in this statement?   Does Zoho truly have *no affiliation* with PRECREATOR???  How can that be?  I just want to understand the risks, I'm sure you understand.

2.  If I grant access, will all the applications for all my users instantly be under the PRECREATOR server and no longer under the regular production server, unless I revoke the permission?  It will be an instantaneous change?  

3.  Will the URLs to applications and views change (for those who have bookmarked them)?
