Please explain why saving ZC scripts take so long
No doubt every Zoho Creator developer has wondered why it takes so long for a seemingly small script to be saved/updated from the editor view.
So, it's obvious that the script gets uploaded, it's syntax is checked, and the script is compiled, or whatever processing happens on the server side to make it ready to use.
Since saving script updates is something a developer does countless times a day, this slow-down in the workflow is more than just a little troubling.
If you would, Zoho Creator support, please explain exactly what it is about that saving process that requires it to take up to a minute to compile a script that is a relatively small text file. Please be as technical as possible. It'll help us developers when we're mystified by the slow-down. Can't it be improved substantially? Has anyone at ZC dev thought about how to speed it up?
Many thanks.
