POP Up BANNER advertising should NOT be displayed for people who pay for the Professional Account!!

I'm paying for the Professional account.  I am not using the free account.
POP Up BANNER advertising is fine for the people who get the free account. NOT for people who pay for the Professional Account!!!  This is really NOT PROPER.
