I have a table that contains event staffing information. I would like an email to go out to the volunteer when I assign them to the event. In this email I would like to have a message followed by a simple:
Can you confirm your attendance?
Yes or
No
When the "Yes" is clicked, I need to have the "Confirmed" check box on the record selected and automatically saved in the table. I don't care if the form displays or not (preferably not).
Is this possible? Has anyone done anything remotely similar to this?
