Populating a picklist with values in another form

Hi Guys,

It's been a while since I've done this - can you assist please?

Form1: 'Job_Numbers'
Has two fields 1) Job_Number & 2) Client (lookup)

Form2: 'Job_Elements'
Has two fields 1) Client (lookup) & 2) Job_No (lookup)

I want to populate the lookup field Job_No with the Job_Numbers stored in the Job_Numbers form where the client is equal in both forms.

I hope this makes sense.
